Bhaichand Patel has lived in Fiji, London, New York, Caracas, Cairo, Jerusalem, Manila, Bombay and New Delhi. Spirits and wines have always been his travelling companions. A graduate of London School of Economics, Bhaichand has served before the bar as a barrister, and behind the bar as a bartender.
